im doing a report for my ""history of music" class. Back in medeval
times when boys hadnt reached puberty, the would sing with a high
pitched voice. To deep for girls but to high for men. It was the most
covected voice pitch in the world. To try and preserve this voice,
boys would get the penises chopped off. i THINK this voice pitch was
called "castrato" but i CANT be postitive. Am i correct?
